Our Swissqprint Nyala flatbed UV printer prints directly to board, which saves around 1kg of waste per square metre compared to traditional lamination methods. It's better quality, more durable, and significantly less wasteful. That matters when you're covering hundreds of metres of hoarding.
We're big advocates of Ecoboard, a 100% recyclable, impact-resistant hoarding substrate with a crisp white face that prints beautifully. It's lighter to transport, easier to handle on site, and when the project's done, it goes back for recycling rather than landfill.
For city-centre projects where public safety is paramount, our SafeContractor-accredited teams work within traffic management plans and site safety protocols. We understand the logistics of busy urban installations, and we've done enough of them to know what can go wrong if you don't plan properly.

How we print hoarding graphics
We print hoarding graphics direct to board on a Swissqprint Nyala 3 flatbed UV printer in our own factory in Shaw, Greater Manchester. The UV ink cures onto the panel face, so there is no laminate layer to peel, bubble or send to landfill when the hoarding comes down. Colour holds outdoors for the life of a typical build. For the substrate we offer Ecoboard, a recyclable, impact-resistant panel with a bright white print face. When the project ends the boards go back for recycling rather than into a skip. We also print to plywood and composite panels where a site specification asks for them. Artwork goes through pre-press and a proof before anything prints. We quote lead times in working days at survey, once we have measured the run and confirmed site access.
